Katherine Heigl opens up to everyone on her "white bubble childhood" and how it has had an impact on how she raises the children of her adoptive parents who are multiracial. In an interview with her, Katherine Heigl said in the past that in terms of the color of her skin, it doesn't really matter. But after speaking to her adopted sister in South Korea she realized just the way society views people of different races. I wanted to know Meg if when she was going out with her parents she was treated with a specific manner and when out alone, she got a completely different one. Meg replied, "Oh, yes, every times! Heigl told her parents this made her realize how naive she had been. She admitted to becoming upset, but she felt that she had to channel her anger to help her adopted daughters. Heigl shares a son of four years and Josh Kelley, her husband for the past 13 years. They have adopted Nancy Leigh from South Korea at the age of 12 in 2009. and then Adalaide who was 8 years young and Black in 2012.
